Does it work with my vehicle?
To fully unleash the power of PedalViper, your vehicle needs to be equipped with Electronic Throttle Control (ETC). This "drive-by-wire" technology is standard in most vehicles produced from 2003 onwards, allowing PedalViper to seamlessly optimize your throttle's response. Whether you drive an automatic (AT) or a manual (MT), PedalViper intelligently adapts to your car's unique characteristics, guaranteeing an enhanced driving experience.
Is it really Plug-n-Play?
PedalViper is 100% Plug-n-Play, seriously. No wire cutting or splicing. No plug modifications or altering. You simply plug PV in and go.
Will it void my vehicle's warranty?
PedalViper will NEVER void your vehicle's warranty. It does not install any software, leaves no footprint and does not exceed any factory limitations.
How does it save gas?
Simply put, if you set the tune to Eco the pedal becomes less sensitive and has a different linear curve saving you gas.
Technically, the curve is adjusted to run the vehicle at a more eco friendly setting. The pedal pressure is increased lesser than normal and thus your vehicle does not take off and consume a ton of fuel as it would when you would normally floor it.
Is Apex Pedal active in reverse?
Similar to all other throttle controllers, Apex Pedal does remain active but it does not effect your reverse. Reverse is limited by the factory ECU and cannot be altered beyond limitations.
Does what it's supposed to do especially for its price. Installation is straightforward as long as you don't confuse what cable snaps where.I was trying to get my vehicle to be more responsive and you can tell it worked. My only issue is that the screen is extremely way too small. I don't like the idea of straining my eyes while driving. Plus the frame of the actual screen has excess glue around the border. The cables do look premium. If the overall screen size would be as large as a smaller cell phone, then this would be perfect.
I just installed it. It was super easy to install and it actually works just follow the instructions in the manual for programming and you won’t have a problem. It takes about five minutes total to install and it is a lot cheaper than other brands on here by a lot2012 f150 3.5 eco-boost
I bought this throttle controller, because of the price, but I put it on my challenger hellcat went right to the top setting race and nine. I couldn’t even leave it in that setting because I could not take off because the front end wanted to bounce up and down every time I tap the gas pedal. I’m impressed.

First off, this is a pain to install unless you are the size of a mouse or something. It is 100% NOT the fault of the product, it's just where Jeep has their accelerator pedal connector located.I found it much easier to remove the panel below the steering wheel, remove the metal panel behind that (two 10mm bolts - use a socket with a short extension), and then you actually have a fighting chance of seeing what you are doing.Anyhow, after much cussing and somehow twisting myself into a pretzel and getting this thing installed, it works like an absolute charm.I tested multiple modes but if you really want to see it work put it in Econ Mode and drive a couple of miles and switch to Sport Sport+ mode and drive a couple of miles. Huge, huge difference. I can't believe how peppy my 2015 JK feels. Pep is not something usually associated with driving the functional equivalent of a 4000lb refrigerator box.I really like it. It is small and includes everything you need (with the exception of the self supplied trained mouse for installation).I did make one little modification to the harness. I slit the protective tubing just to give me a tiny bit more flexibility for install - that helped me tremendously. I also included pics of the panel to remove - and the metal panel behind it.Other than that, just stand on your head with a flashlight in the drivers side footwell, look at the VERY top of the accelerator pedal, find the connector, don't forget to push the little tab on the connector to disconnect it, and pull it apart. Insert the new harness in between those two connectors. Simple as can be!

Made car barely start, run rough, multiple warning lights, shutdown Eyesight.
I had to review and I forgot to mention this main thing too the screen is so tiny you cannot read it unless you have a magnifying glass tiny
Reviewing this product I'm still really up in the air but I must say it's violent I installed it and start my car and the engine immediately to 9,000 RPMs wanting to launch forward and the car wasn't in gear emergency brake on how to kill the ends in immediately where would I ran into my other vehicle... And with that being said I don't even know if this product works
I wasn’t trying to make my 3.8l JKU into a street rod with this. Just trying to get it stop falling on its face every time I pull out into traffic. It does that flawlessly. I wish I had gotten this sooner. I highly recommend it. I still have a lot of playing around to do with it. I’m just running the out of the box settings right now.
It works great when it wants to work. When it doesn't, it's worse than before I bought it.
I've had several instances where I was taking off from a stop, and nothing happened at all for several seconds after pushing the gas and then suddenly, aviolent launch.
I also had my engine kill after shifting into reverse a couple of times.

this unit works kind of it seas nicly made i think they need to simplify the device may screens to show the same thing not really needed and needs a little biger screen as the screen is hard to see once installed. also make sure when or if you install the make sure the controller is hooked up first if not the engine will run away on u. the interface is ok but as I stated needs to be a more simpler interface. im very machanical and also IT savey and i struggled with this i have used bull dog programers and sct programmers and those were easier then this and even know this is not a probrammer persay it is something like peddle commander something I have used aswell and it is a better less confuseing system then this.
Screen is way smaller than the photos lead it to be. For install it is quite simple plug and play. It is alittle noticeable throttle response. The instructions for modes is non existent, so youll have to play around to figure out which one has what effect.
The throttle controller works just fine, but there are settings on it that have no explanation that go with it. The info paperwork that came with it was for installation only. Would love to have a full explanation on what the different levels are. Otherwise, it seems to work.
Worked well for a few months then I started getting many random throttle related error codes. Disconnected to see if this was the issue. It was. Now back to stock wimpy throttle.
